This section contains many different initiatives that will better support trans, non-binary, and Two Spirit (TNB2) students at the California Community Colleges.

Knowing that every college has varying levels of resources and different campus cultures, each initiative is broken down into 3 phases. The first requires the least resources (money, time, and people) and, in some cases, will ensure your college is in compliance with state and/or federal laws. The second and third levels are there to continue to increase your college’s equitable support for TNB2 students.

Each page contains examples and templates you can use. There’s no need to re-invent the wheel!

• We recommend using the worksheets available to take inventory of what your college currently has in place, determine the level of resources you’re working with, and help you plan your next steps.
